2. Can I get a different colour in one of the nameplate designs available on the website?

Yes! You can request a different colour for the existing designs.

You can either mention your colour preference in the Notes section while placing your order or let us know after placing the order.

3. Can I get a completely different nameplate or a fully customised design?

Yes. If you have a completely different idea or require a fully customised nameplate, it will be treated as a customised project.

4. Is there a separate charge for complete customisation?

Yes. Fully customised nameplate projects have a ₹200 consultation charge.

5. Why do you charge a consultation fee for complete customisation?

A completely customised nameplate requires dedicated time and creative input from our side. As part of the consultation, we develop 2–3 concept options based on your requirements.

You can select one concept and suggest one round of changes before we proceed with the order.

6. What happens to the ₹200 consultation fee if I don't place an order?

If you decide not to proceed with the custom project, the ₹200 consultation fee is non-refundable.

However, if you proceed with the order, the consultation fee will be adjusted against the total value of your custom project.

7. When will I receive the concept sketches for my customised nameplate?

Once the ₹200 consultation fee is paid, we will share the concept sketches within 48 hours.

After you and Chitrini mutually agree on the final concept, we will proceed with the order once the required payment and complete delivery address details are received.

8. How long does it take to make a nameplate?

For existing designs and minor customisations, such as colour changes, the nameplate will be dispatched within 3–4 weeks.

For completely customised nameplates, the dispatch timeline is 4–5 weeks.

9. How long does delivery take after dispatch?

Delivery generally takes 4–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

10. What is the price of a nameplate?

For the designs available on our website, the price is mentioned along with the respective product.

For customised nameplate projects, the final price will be communicated after the consultation and once the custom design requirements are agreed upon.

11. What happens if my nameplate is damaged during transit?

We take responsibility for transit damage and handle it based on the extent of the damage:

• Glass breakage: We provide a refund towards the cost of glass replacement. You can get the glass replaced at a nearby framer.

• Artwork damage: We will replace the artwork.

• Complete damage: Depending on the extent of the damage, we will either refund or replace the nameplate.

For any transit damage, please contact us with the necessary photographs/videos so we can assess the damage and assist you accordingly.
