Customisation Details
• Names can be fully customised. The size of the lettering will be adjusted based on the length of the name to maintain a balanced layout.
• Names are created using premium acrylic cutouts for a neat, raised finish.
• If you prefer handwritten names instead of acrylic cutouts, the same can be selected during order.
 
Design & Colour Options
• The base design will remain the same to preserve the artistic composition.
• Colour combinations can be modified subject to availability. Kindly confirm colour changes on WhatsApp/Email after order placement so we can finalise the details before production.
 
Production & Delivery
• As each nameplate is made to order, the dispatch timeline is 4-5 weeks from order confirmation.
 
Shipping & Damage Policy
• Every piece is packed with care. In the rare event of damage during transit, a refund will be provided based on the extent of damage after verification. Please read Refund, Return policy before ordering.
